Store-bought popsicles are so last summer. This season, it’s time to hit the kitchen and prepare your own tasty frozen treats. From the deliciously decadent to the healthily refreshing, these recipes are too cool for school.

Sea Salt Chocolate

Easy

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time:
1o minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes (plus freezing)

Servings: 6

Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup boiling water
2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
3.5 oz dark chocolate
1 tablespoon sea salt

Directions:
1. Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Gently heat milk, heavy cream and chocolate in pot until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar water and sea salt to mixture and mix until combined. Allow mixture to cool for 5 minutes. Pour into molds and freeze.

Mango Mojito

Easy

Prep Time: 3 minutes
Cook Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes (plus freezing)

Servings: 6

Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup boiling water
6 cups mango chunks
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 sprig mint

Directions:
1. Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Place all ingredients (including sugar water) in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into molds and freeze.

Green Goddess

Easy

Total Time:
 5 minutes (plus freezing)

Servings: 6

Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup boiling water
2 cups spinach
1 banana
1 cup mango chunks
1 cup pineapple chunks
