Momofuku Milk Bar Has Nothing on This DIY Cereal Milk Ice Cream
Momofuku Milk Bar took the foodie world by storm with their groundbreaking ice cream flavors like cereal milk. You no longer have to venture to SoHo for this treat that can be made without any special equipment, only using three simple ingredients. You can also put your own personal twist on this treat by using the sugary cereal of your choice. Happy snacking.
Cereal Milk Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/4 cup Frosted Flakes or other sugary cereal
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
Step 1
Divide the sugary cereal into two bowls. Pour the whipping cream into the first bowl and let sit until soggy (about 5 minutes).
Step 2
Strain the cream into the second bowl and repeat. Finally, strain cream into a large mixing bowl.
Step 3
Beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix completely.
Step 4
Place into a cake pan and cover with a lid. Freeze for 6 hours. Top with extra cereal to serve!
