  • 3-4 cups mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup blanched almonds
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Red pepper or any vegetable your choosing
