How to Make Microwavable Tortilla Chips and 5-Minute Guac

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at USC chapter.

We’ve all encountered the horrific struggle that is running out of tortilla chips way too soon. Just like the age old shampoo-conditioner dilemma, you can never get the chip-to-guac ratio quite right. One will inevitably run out before the other, and all you’ll be left with is tears, a paper you haven’t started yet, and a sad bowl of leftover guac that’s longing to be eaten.

Well, if you have some extra tortillas and a microwave, this recipe will solve your problems in less than 2 minutes. You’ll be happily munching away on chips and guac again in no time.

But what if you run out of guac first? Don’t worry, we’re already one step ahead of you. We’ve got you covered both ways with these super yummy and simple tortilla chip and guac recipes.
