Forget the Sugar, Make Your Own Dried Cranberries This Fall

People don't give cranberries the time of day unless they're sweetened and/or are trying to cure a urinary tract infection.  If you're in functional foods, you might consider eating them without the sugar. I get it, cranberries are bitter but this dehydration method might just change your mind.

It's relatively common knowledge that cranberries have medicinal powers (hence, bringing up urinary tract infections). But it's not ideal for your health to to eat cranberries that have been processed with sugar and oil. Let nature be your candy this fall and make it yourself.
