Graduation season is coming to a close, but there are still summer BBQs and fourth of July celebrations. Here is a easy cookie cake recipe that will share to be a favorite for everyone.

Make your own Cookie Cake

Ingredients
  • 2 cup butter
  • 2 cup white sugar
  • 2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 5 cup oatmeal uncooked
  • 4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 2 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 24 oz. pkg chocolate chips

Step 1

Measure and mix dry ingredienets-- oatmeal powder, flour, salt, sugars, baking powder, and baking soda.

Step 2

Then, add butter, eggs, and vanilla to the dry mixture and mix. Add chocolate chips last.

Step 3

Press cookie dough on a cookie sheet.


# Spoontip: Add M&Ms for some extra chocolate and color.

Bake at 375° for 6-8 minutes.
