How to Make Mini Vegan Banana Popsicles
These adorable mini vegan banana popsicles made with natural, plant-based ingredients might be my best summer snack idea yet. These popsicles come together quickly and can be enjoyed in less than two hours.
While adding a topping to the bite-sized treat is at your discretion, the fundamental part of this recipe simply takes two ingredients. Bananas are a ubiquitous plant-based staple and coconut yogurt can be found in most major grocery stores these days.
