Make This Burrata Caprese Toast in 10 Minutes Flat

What’s better than a toasty piece of bread with creamy burrata cheese and fresh colorful tomatoes on top? Honestly, not much.

Pair this savory delight with a nice white wine off the coast of Italy and you’re straight up going to be the classiest one at the party (and by party we mean sitting at home in bed watching Narcos).

Burrata Caprese Crostini

Ingredients
  • 1 ball burrata
  • 1 container heirloom cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 loaf rustic bread, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Basil, chopped
  • Olive Oil

Step 1

Slice bread and toast until golden brown.

Step 2

Drizzle bread with olive oil

Step 3

Run a clove of garlic up and down the slice of bread.

Step 4

Cover with burrata, sliced tomatoes and chopped basil.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
