Skip the Brunch Line and Make These Classic One-Bowl Pancakes

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Emory chapter.

Atlanta has some of the best brunch in the game but sometimes I’m just feeling lazy. The best brunch also comes with excessively long wait times and large crowds that I just don’t feel like dealing with every Saturday morning.

Enter these one bowl pancakes. The batter can be made in three minutes and they’re on the table in 15. The best part? They’re best enjoyed in bed while watching Netflix, no crowds allowed.
