You might be attempting a healthy summer diet right now, and if you are, I’m sorry because this ice cream will change that. This no-churn salted caramel ice cream is heavenly – plus it only takes 15 minutes to prepare. Oh, hell yes.

No-Churn Salted Caramel Ice Cream

- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon bourbon
- 2 tablespoon salted caramel sauce
- 2 cup heavy cream, chilled
Ingredients

Step 1
In a large bowl, stir condensed milk, caramel, vanilla and bourbon until combined. Set mixture aside.

In another bowl with a hand mixer, whip heavy cream on high until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture with a spatula. Try to keep cream as fluffed as possible, while still combining.

Transfer mixture into a loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

Remove from freezer, scoop and enjoy.
