Chunky Monkey Banana Bread Muffins

  • 1 cup Chunky Monkey ice cream
  • 3/4 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    Mash the banana in a small bowl.

    Combine the ice cream, flour, sugar, chocolate chips and walnuts with the banana.
