Make Grilled Cheese Crust Pizza and Bask in the Glory of Two Epic Comfort Foods

What’s better than a slice of pizza or a grilled cheese? Combining the two together to create the ultimate grilled cheese crust pizza! Talk about layers of gooey, cheesy, flakey, pepperoni goodness. In just 20 minutes, upgrade your pizza and leave your friends wanting more. But be careful, it is so addicting you won’t be able to stop!

Grilled Cheese Crust Pizza

Ingredients
  • 2 Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough containers
  • 8-10 cheddar slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon melted butter
  • dash oregano

Step 1

Lay one of the pizza crusts onto the pizza pan. Layer cheese slices onto the dough.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the egg and the butter. Mix until blended and brush over the second layer of dough that is placed over the cheese slices. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Step 3

Pour tomato sauce, sprinkle oregano, sprinkle shredded mozzarella, and place each pepperoni slice on top of the pizza. Bake in the over again at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Cut pizza into 8 slices and share with friends!
