How to Make Fresh Apple Salsa

Real talk — you probably went apple picking last month and now you have all these leftovers apples. Why not use them to make this fresh apple salsa before they brown?

Let me tell you, this salsa is pretty dope, and only takes 15 minutes to prepare.

Raw Apple Salsa

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes

  • Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
  • Servings: 3-4

Ingredients
  • 3 apples
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 2 limes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper

Step 1

Dice the apples, peppers, and onion, then roughly chop the cilantro.

Step 2

Juice the limes into the bottom of a mixing bowl.

#SpoonTip: Rolling your limes before cutting into them will help you get more juice.

Step 3

Combine all ingredients in the mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Let the salsa sit in the fridge for an hour to let the flavors marry, and it’ll become even better.
