How to Make Breakfast Oats While You Sleep

I’ve heard over and over that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Unfortunately for most college students, it’s also the most rushed. My freshman year, I ditched breakfast for an extra 30 minutes of sleep. My mom was so disappointed. Don’t disappoint your mom, make overnight breakfast oats.

Cook Time: 8 hours
Total Time: 8 hours 2 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
½ cup milk
¼ cup quick cooking oats
½ tablespoon chia seeds
Fruit, nuts or chocolate to top

Directions:
1. Combine milk, oats and chia seeds in a dish.
2. Cover an place in the fridge over night.
3. In the morning top with fruit, nuts or chocolate.
