Bacon Weave BLT

Instructions
Cut the bacon strips in half.
In a tray, tightly weave the bacon strips in a lattice.
Bake at 400°F until crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
#SpoonTip: Placing another tray of the same size on top of the bacon can help keep it from curling.
Drain the bacon on paper towels.
Spread mayo on a bacon weave. Add lettuce and a tomato slice, and top with another bacon weave.
