These vegan, gluten-free brownies are perfect for all the health-nuts or the die-hard Kardashian fans out there. Although Kourtney admits this recipe comes from one of her favorite bakeries, these brownies come from a place in California that specializes in vegan and gluten-free desserts called Karma Baker. Whether the recipe came from Kourtney Kardashian herself or not, Kourtney claims these are the BEST brownies and was sure to post the recipe on her blog, so of course I had to try them out.
Crazy Delicious Vegan Gluten-Free Brownies

Preheat your oven to 350° F. Prepare a 9u0022x13u0022 pan with parchment paper and greased with warm coconut oil.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour and cane juice.
Sift in the cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Then, mix.
Add the melted coconut oil and vanilla into the dry ingredients and stir.
Gradually add in the water, 1/4 cup at a time. Mix until well blended.
Spread the batter evenly in your prepared 9u0022x 13u0022 baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool at least 30 minutes before serving.
Taste Test
So, how did these vegan gluten-free brownies stack up to normal brownies? They definitely passed the test. Although there is a slight coconut taste from the coconut oil, these were some of the most moist and fudge-y brownies Iv’e ever tasted. Kourtney Kardashian is definitely onto something with this delicious recipe, and I highly recommend you try them out.
