How to Make Jalapeño Cornbread Poppers in Less Than 30 Minutes

Mmmm, cheesy cornbread cozy in a harmless jalapeño cubby. Don’t worry, scooping out the seeds removes the pure fire of jalapeño seeds. The jalapeño stems also make them a perfect finger food. Boom. You’re ’bout to be real popular with these babies.

Jalapeño Cornbread Poppers

Ingredients
  • 6 jalapeños
  • 1/2 box of prepared cornbread mix
  • 1/2 cup canned corn
  • Cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Slice jalapeños in half.

Remove all the insides. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Prepare cornbread according to package and add in canned corn.

Step 5

Using a spoon, scoop into jalapeños and top with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
