Spring break is quickly approaching and so is bikini #szn.
I teamed up with my health blogger/national champion lightweight rower @alexlivinghealthy to share her favorite healthy eats and treats that keep her in top shape. Plus, both of us are chocolate connoisseurs and major supporters of the “treat yourself” movement.
Each of these gorgeous desserts look 5 star but are simple enough for any college student to enjoy in their dorm rooms. Spring break bodies, here we come.
Chocolate Chia Mouse Squares
Ingredients
Instructions
Combine Chia seeds and water in one bowl and let sit for about 10 minutes, or until a gel is formed
Combine All other ingredients in another bowl, and pour in the chia gel once it formed.
Bake at 400° Fahrenheit for around 20 minutes. Serve hot for a bread pudding type dish, or let cool and refrigerate for the style below.
Quinoa Almond Butter Blondies

Bake at 375° Fahrenheit for around 20 minutes
Enjoy / brag with friends. Congratulations, foodie.
Pro-tip if photographing: Artfully throw a couple of irrelevant cranberries around the dish for that collective chaos appeal.
