When most citrus fruits like lemons are at their sweetest and juiciest during this time of the year; simply blend in a couple of mint leaves and a teeny weeny chunk of ginger. You are all set to boost your immune system just in time to prevent your self from catching a cold at the peak of the holiday season. This Instant Mint and Lemon Ginger-Ale Recipe will bring a burst of Sunshine into your Chilly Winter days.

5-6 Mint Leaves

Lemon Juice (1 lemon)

Small chunk of Ginger

6 tbsp Sugar

2 cups Water/ Sparkling water

Throw in all the ingredients into a blender. Blend well until the ingredients have combined.


Filter your Instant Mint and Lemon Ginger-Ale with the help of a strainer. Pour into serving glasses and decorate with Lemon Wedges.

1) Use the edge of a Spoon to scrape off the skin of    the Ginger.

2) Roll the lemon before slicing it. Makes it easier to squeeze out the lemon juice.

3) In summers you can blend in Ice cubes along with the rest of the ingredients.
