The great news is that these macaroons are basically bite-sized coconut bliss. Drizzle them with chocolate for some extra decadence. And the best part is, they’re just two ingredients.

Coconut Macaroons

  • 2 packages sweetened coconut flakes
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • Chocolate chips

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, put coconut flakes and pour over sweetened condensed milk. Mix until well combined.

    Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
