These bright blue, sugary spirals are just what everyone with a sweet tooth needs this winter season. Making this yummy candy is super simple and can be made in just a few minutes in the microwave. If you are feeling a little extra in the snowy spirit, add some peppermint oil for a bit of flavoring and to kick it up a notch

    Combine sugar and corn syrup in a bowl and mix well.

    Microwave mixture for 3 minutes.

    Stir in gel food coloring.

    Pour mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper.
