How to Use a Fried Egg as a Taco Shell
Eggs, cheese, bacon, and avocado — but as a taco. Yup, the actual taco shell itself is made of egg. Such a bomb way to use ingredients and save some moola. Any money saved is … money saved. Tortillas? No. Those don’t exist anymore. This taco embodies breakfast unlike ever before.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Cheese
- 2 strips bacon, cooked
- 2 slices avocado
- 1/4 cup hashbrowns
- Hot sauce
Step 1
Spread cheese so it covers the bottom of a non-stick skillet and turn on medium heat.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs together in a bowl and once the cheese starts to bubble, pour the eggs on top of the cheese and make sure it covers the entire bottom of the pan.
Step 3
Cook eggs and fill the inside with 2 strips of bacon, hash browns, avocado slices, and hot sauce.
Step 4
Fold like a taco and enjoy.
