How to Upgrade Boxed Cake Mix With Diet Coke
Bored of the same old process when it comes to making a boxed cake mix? Skip the eggs and oil, and add a can of Diet Coke instead.
My grandmother, Sharon, would always make this cake for the holidays or family gatherings. The combination of the chocolate pudding and heath toffee pieces pulls at the heartstrings of every adult child. I cannot thank her enough for passing down such a simple, yet delectable recipe.
All you really need is a Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Fudge boxed cake mix and a 12 oz. can of Diet Coke to execute Grandma's Diet Coke Delight. To make this cake even 10 times better, make it in a throwaway cake pan so you do not have to worry about the dishes or trying to get your cake pan back after the party.
