How to Turn Your Leftover Vodka Into Pasta Sauce
Sometimes you buy vodka that is just too gross to even drink. Don’t throw it away, though, repurpose that shit by putting it in a sauce. This incredibly simple vodka sauce can mask the disgusting aftertaste and make a beautiful topping to any pasta.

Ingredients
- 1 28 oz jar tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 cup cooked pasta
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce and vodka and simmer for 10 minutes to cook off the alcohol.
Step 2
Add in heavy cream until the sauce has thickened, 3-5 minutes. and then
Step 3
Add parmesan cheese until melted.
Step 4
Finally, top with sauce, parmesan, garnish with basil, and enjoy.
