Ingredients
- 1 cup leftover rice
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup shredded almonds
- Chocolate syrup
- Mixed fruit
- Chocolate chips
Step 1
Microwave rice for 1 minute in microwave-safe bowl.
Step 2
Measure out coconut milk and microwave for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour warmed coconut milk over rice.
Step 4
Stir until the rice and coconut milk are combined.
Step 5
Separate mixture into 4 bowls and pour chocolate sauce over.
Step 6
Mix chocolate sauce with risotto.
Step 7
Sprinkle shredded almonds over risotto.
Step 8
Add fruit and chocolate chips to taste.
Step 9
Enjoy immediately.
