Choose a perfect egg. Feel free to use these instructions to boil up to a dozen eggs if your tiny little hands can handle that much heavy lifting.
Fill a pot with cold water. I know that starting with cold water seems counterintuitive, but just trust me.
Fully submerge your perfect little egg, then bring the cold water to a rolling boil.
When the water comes to a boil, turn off the heat and cover the pot.
Let your perfect little egg sit perfectly in its perfect little pot of perfectly hot water for 10 minutes.
Move your egg from the pot of hot water to a bowl of ice water. Be careful not to burn your tiny little hands!
Crack that perfect little egg open. Donât worry, it wonât feel a thing.
Use your tiny little hands to carefully peel the shell off of the egg.
