How to Make Your Own Big Mac at Home

McDonald’s is best known for cheap and quick fast foods, but not for their nutritional content. That’s why we challenged ourselves to make our own version based on McDonald’s Canada video. Just how will the Big Mac turn out?

We used the freshest ingredients available to the common college student. No expense spared. Here’s our rendition versus McDonald’s Big Mac.

What’s interesting is the difference in taste. The homemade version’s sauce had more “punch” to the flavour than the Big Mac’s flat sauce. That being said, our patties needed more salt to add extra flavour. Although our version had an interesting flavour to its sauce, it’s better to buy it if you are short on time.

Special thanks to Jackie Nguyen and Kelson Miron for helping out. Owe you guys one.
