White Chocolate Oreo Cookies Are Everything You Ever Wanted

The traditional chocolate chip cookie has a special place in all of our hearts, but it's time to mix it up. White chocolate Oreo cookies are packed with a full bag of white chocolate chips and half a pack of America's favorite sandwich cookies. My friends have attested that these are addicting and a huge demand at any party so be sure to give them a try—you won't be disappointed!

Step 5

Now for the fun part. Put all your cookies in a gallon Ziploc bag and seal, getting rid of all the air. Lay flat on a surface, and with a rolling pin or bottom of a mug, crush the heck out of those Oreos until they are chunky crumbs, like this.

Step 6

Fold the Oreo crumbs into the batter, then follow with the bag of white chocolate chips.

Step 7

Form heaping tablespoon-sized scoops of cookie batter onto the lined cookie sheet. I usually can fit 8 scoops with about 2 inches of room between. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 9-10 minutes, or until just lightly browned. The cookies should be just set.

Step 8

Remove from oven and transfer cookies to a cooling rack. Repeat step 7 until all the batter is gone. They keep for about a week but good luck keeping them around that long!
