This popper is perfect for Sunday football appetizers or a snack to make in the middle of the week for no reason at all. So let's get to slicing and dicing.

Tater Tot Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
  • 8 jalapeños
  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips bacon crumbled
  • 2 cup tater tots

Step 1

Add the bacon, cream cheese, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese into a bowl.

Mix 'em up.

Seed and halve the jalapeños

Fill peppers with cream cheese and bacon filling.

Bake the tater tots for 20 mins at 375°F.

Mash the tots.

Top the stuffed peppers with mashed tater tots.

Load peppers with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
