Nice cream is the hot new name for ice cream that is actually really good for you. What makes it nice is the star of the fruit world: bananas. Using bananas in ice cream gives it the perfect texture and sweetness without adding so much sugar. It's an ice cream that your body will thank you for.

I stopped eating store-bought pints because I fell in love with my healthy version of chocolate ice cream. Not only does it taste delicious, but it is significantly healthier. It has less than half the amount of the calories, sugar, and fat regular ice cream has. It's naturally sweetened from the bananas and Stevia. Stevia is a natural, zero-calorie sweetener that is much better for you than the refined sugar typically found in store-bought products.

This banana nice cream recipe is a chocolate lover must-try. You will feel energized and full after eating, and who doesn't want that?
