Serve These Spinach and Artichoke Dip Bites at Your Next Shindig

Spinach and artichoke dip is a personal favorite of mine. I'm always looking for recipes for it that will make the cut but it's always so hard to find one with a good consistency and taste. 

This recipe not only eliminates the need for a dipping vessel, but also has a great consistency, and is very, very easy to make. It has the potential to be a great platter for game night, or even to make for your family next time you go home.

Spinach Artichoke Dip Bites

Ingredients
  • 1 roll premade pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 15 ounce container artichoke hearts chopped and drained
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Non-stick baking spray
  • Flour

Step 1

Spray a muffin tin with non-stick baking spray.

Step 2

Coat your table's surface with flour. With a rolling pin, roll out the premade pizza dough until flat.

Step 3

Using a large cup or cup press, cut pizza dough into circles. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you use all of your dough.

Step 4

Place each dough circle into the muffin tin. Use your fingers to press the dough into the mold to form a sort of cup shape.

Step 5

Scoop cream cheese into a large bowl, then melt in the microwave for about a minute or until it becomes soft and slightly melted.

Step 6

Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic powder, and salt until these creamy ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Add chopped spinach, artichokes, and Parmesan cheese.

Mix together creamy ingredients with spinach, artichokes, and Parmesan cheese until they are thoroughly combined.

Step 9

Fill in each muffin tin dough cup with the spinach and artichoke dip with a spoon.

Step 10

Bake in the oven at 425°F for 12-15 minutes or until the dough becomes golden brown.

Step 11

Serve and enjoy.
