If you’re looking for a fun, easy recipe to create a pizza appetizer, then pepperoni pizza puffs are the thing for you. They are light and fluffy and overflowing with cheese. What more could you want? Plus, they’re snack size so you’ll have enough room left over for a slice or two of that deep dish later.

  1. dry ingredients

    Preheat oven to 375ºF and grease muffin tin. Mix together flour, baking powder, and spices.

  2. wet ingredients

    Combine dry mixture with milk and egg, stir well.


  3. Add in grated cheese, peppers, and pepperoni, stir well.

    Fill muffin tins with mixture, then place string cheese chunk in each well. Cover the top of the beautiful string cheese with pizza filling.

    Sprinkle pepperoni on top.
