How to Make Red Velvet Fudge Because Calories Never Bothered You Anyway

Whether you’re trying to surprise your SO with some festive dessert or just need to treat yo’self, fudge is the answer. The only thing better to show your love than fudge? Red velvet fudge. We turned your favorite cake into a fudge because we love you, and it’s just as amazing as you’d imagine.

Red Velvet Fudge

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup half and half
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoon red food coloring

Step 1

Microwave butter until melted.

Step 2

Stir together sugar, half and half, and butter until fully combined.

Microwave mixture in 2½ minute intervals for a total of 10 minutes, stirring in between intervals.

Step 4

Add in marshmallow fluff and stir until smooth.

Stir in white chocolate chips.

Step 6

Pour half of the mixture into tin-foil lined (and oil-sprayed) pan.

Step 7

Add semisweet chocolate chips to the remaining half of the mixture.

Step 8

Stir until chocolate chips are completely melted. Add a sh*tload of red food dye until mixture is a deep, velvety red (AKA red velvet.)

Step 9

Pour red mixture over the mixture in the pan.

Step 10

Refrigerate for about 4 hours until hardened.

Step 11

Slice it up and share. Or just keep it to yourself. No judgement here.
