How to Make Protein Pancakes That Are Actually Fluffy

As a self-proclaimed gym rat, I have grown accustomed to “protein-ifying” my favorite foods. You name it and I’ll make it have enough protein to sustain your #gains. You want ice cream? I got it. Pizza? I won’t let you down. What about pancakes? I’ve got a no-fail recipe on deck just for you.

Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes has a wide range of flavors in their inventory – Whole Grain Buttermilk, Dark Chocolate, and Crunchy Peanut Butter. The addition of this pancake mix is necessary to give your pancakes an award-winning fluff factor. Without it, your flapjacks are going to look limp and sad, and nobody wants to eat unhappy food.
