How to Make Protein Cookies With Only One Ingredient

Making protein cookies is effortless, thanks to Quest Bars. These protein bars are loaded with all the good stuff: protein, fiber and, of course, flavor. Despite the myth that healthy food can’t be delicious, Quest Bars defy the odds (especially through these cookies). We are forever grateful to Quest, and this bomb recipe from Snapguide, because now we have access to the easiest cookie recipe to ever exist. People, this is 2016 and stuff’s getting crazy; cookies are protein and protein is cookies. *mindblown*

Step 1

Buy your favorite flavored Quest Bar.

#SpoonTip: We recommend Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Cookies & Cream, or Chocolate Brownie.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Step 3

Open the Quest Bar and cut the bar into 6 equal slices.

Step 4

Mold each individual slice into cookie form.

#SpoonTip: If the Quest Bar is stiff and unwilling to mold, heat the bar in the microwave for 5-10 seconds to soften.

Step 5

Place the cookies into the oven and set a timer for 7 minutes.

Step 6

Take cookies out of the oven and flip them to bake on the opposite side for an additional 2 minutes.

Step 7

Remove cookies from the oven to cool.
