Nothing is More College Than These Poutine Ramen Fries

Originating in Canada, poutine is a dish consisting of french fries, cheese curds, and gravy. I’m giving this dish the good ole’ college twist by making poutine ramen fries. To get that authentic poutine look, add some mozzarella cheese or white cheddar curds on top of the fries, and drizzle some brown gravy on top.

A little salt never hurt no one, so salt away if you think it needs salt. If you love onion powder, feel free to add in more. Life lesson: You do you, cause ain’t nobody know what you want except for you.
