By this point, I think we’re all familiar with the healthy 3-ingredient pancakes that have swept the internet. As delightful as those may be, sometimes I’m looking for a bit more oomph in my pancakes. Please your body and tastebuds with these super quick and extra satisfying oatmeal chocolate chip pancakes. And guess what, they’re gluten-free. Hard to believe, right?

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pancakes

    In a bowl, mix together the oat flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

    In a different bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, almond milk, egg, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.

    Next, pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix them well. Stir in the chocolate chips.

    In a well-greased pan, pour in a 1/3 of batter to form the pancakes. Cook each side for 5 minutes.
