Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cups pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until fully combined.
Step 3
Stir well to ensure there aren't any clumps.
Step 4
Grease or spray medium loaf pan and pour the batter in.
Step 5
Bake for 75 minutes or until the center is cooked thoroughly.
Step 6
Remove and let cool for an hour before removing from the pan.
