Ingredients
- 5 oz baby spinach
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 tablespoon oat bran
- 2 eggs
Step 1
Place spinach in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let sit for 2 minutes then place it directly onto the ice. Dry the spinach with a paper towel and finely chop.
Step 2
Mix the spinach, cheese, oat bran, and eggs together .
Step 3
Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F.
