There’s a huge problem with Japan – we can’t buy Greek yogurt. A Greek yogurt fanatic like me was always disappointed when I went to the yogurt aisle in a supermarket. That’s until my mom and I discovered this quick and easy way to make homemade Greek yogurt from plain ‘ol yogurt.
Homemade Greek Yogurt

Instructions
Place the coffee filter paper in the filter cone, and the filter cone in the bowl.
Spoon the entire container of yogurt into the filter cone.
Leave the yogurt in the fridge for at least two hours, and as long as overnight.
Throw away the water accumulated in the bowl.
Scoop the yogurt out of the filter cone into a bowl and top with jam, fruits, toppings of your choice.
