Make your own fresh and healthy jam using your favorite fruit, chia seeds, and a sweetener of your choice. This guilt-free concoction will taste jammin’ with toast for a filling breakfast or snack.
Chia Seed Jam

- Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
- Servings: 2-4
In a saucepan, add 1 cup of blackberries
Cook the blackberries on low heat and mash with a fork until desired consistency.
Remove saucepan from the stove once jam is cooked. Add 1 cup of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of honey, and mix together.
Pour jam into a tightly sealed container or mason jar and chill for 1 hour.
Serve with a baguette or some warm toast!
