How to Make Healthy Cookie Dough Oatmeal Overnight

I love oatmeal, and I am a huge fan of overnight oats because they are easy to make and can be enjoyed in a variety of flavors. I accidentally created this recipe one morning when I decided to add some coconut date rolls I had recently purchased into my already prepared overnight oats. After one bite, I was instantly in love. As an added health bonus, the ingredients in this recipe are powerhouse foods. Greek yogurt contains protein and healthy fats. In addition, bananas and dates are great sources of potassium. For those who are like me and love cookie dough more than the actual cookies themselves, here's some healthy cookie dough you can indulge in every morning.

#Spoon Tip: For this recipe, you can either buy coconut date rolls or make your own with this recipe- almonds are optional!
