How to Make Healthy Bell Pepper Pizzas in 25 Minutes
In my last desperate attempt to achieve a summer beach bod I scapegoated my flabby ab woes to my affinity for ‘za. I was one (never ending) week in when I came across this recipe. If you’re like me and simply can’t go on a cold-turkey pizza cleanse then this recipe is for you. With virtually no carbs these pepper pizzas will satisfy that itch only pizza can scratch while also getting in a healthy dose of your daily veggies. Bon Appétit!
Poppin' Pepper Pizzas

- Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 1 package shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup black olives
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 bunch of basil
- any other pizza toppings you like!
Step 1
Clean peppers and remove all the guts.
Step 2
Spray with EVOO spray and sprinkle on a pinch of salt and pepper. Pop them in the oven at 350°F for around 10 minutes.
Step 3
Prep all your desired toppings.
Step 4
Roll basil into a bunch and chop for perfect sprinke-able perfection.
Step 5
Get out pizza sauce and shredded mozz.
Step 6
Get to buildin’! Stack peppers with all the toppings to your heart’s content.
Step 7
Broil until cheese is melty.
