These greek yogurt popsicles are simple and can be made with so many different combinations of fruits, sweetener and granola. My favorite combination is with raspberries, blueberries, cinnamon granola and honey. The paper cups make them the perfect portion, although I usually eat 6 in one sitting.
Greek Yogurt Popsicles
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 2-3 hours
- Total Time: 2-3 hours
- Servings: 6-9 popsicles
Chop up raspberries (or any other larger fruit) into smaller bits and set aside.
Lay out your paper cups.
Adding the raspberries to the cups, followed by a layer of yogurt.
Add the blueberries, and another layer of yogurt.
Add the granola and drizzle some honey on top.
Once you are finished layering, stick a popsicle stick into the center of each parfait and freeze for at least 2 hours. Enjoy.
