When I was younger my mom used to make me egg-in-a-hole toast for breakfast on the weekends. It was buttery and delicious. Now we’ve stepped up the game and turned it into a simple French toast egg-in-a-hole. Trust us: you’re gonna love it.

French Toast Egg-in-a-Hole

    Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 slice of bread

  • Step 1

    Using a glass make a hole in the bread. Whisk milk, 1 egg and cinnamon together in a bowl. Dunk the bread.

  • Step 2

    Heat pan to medium high. Butter the pan.

  • Step 3

    Cook one side of the French Toast, then flip. Crack the second egg into the hole and cover until the egg white is cooked.
