How to Make Dark Chocolate Bacon Pecan Truffles

Dark Chocolate Bacon Truffles

  1. Turn broiler on to medium-high heat.

  2. Place a wire rack on top of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and set aside.

    Cut each slice of bacon into thirds and wrap a nut inside each slice of bacon.

    Place bacon wrapped nuts on the wire rack and broil on medium-high heat for about 15 minutes until the bacon is dark and dry.

  5. While the bacon wraps cool to room temperature, microwave chocolate until completely melted.

    Using a spoon, scoop chocolate on top of bacon wrapped nuts so it covers the top and drips down onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet.

    Allow chocolate to cool about 30 minutes until it hardens at room temperature and then enjoy.
