- 6 ounces strawberry vodka
- 5 packets unflavored gelatin
- 1 packet strawberry-flavored Jell-O gelatin
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Strawberries optional

In a mixing bowl, add 1 packet of the unflavored gelatin and 1 packet of strawberry Jell-O gelatin into 1 cup of hot water. Stir until completely dissolved, then let it sit for 5 minutes. Stir in the strawberry vodka.

In a small pan, place a few drops of oil and wipe with a paper towel. Coat the pan with a very thin layer of oil. Pour in the strawberry float mixture, and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Ensure that it is level.

After the float layer has firmed up, add 4 packets of gelatin into 1 cup of hot water slowly while stirring until completely dissolved. Add the sugar and coconut milk into the gelatin mixture, stirring well.

Pour the coconut milk mixture over a spoon on top of the strawberry float layer. Return to the fridge and ensure the pan is level. Chill overnight.
