10-Minute Citrus Edamame

Making edamame is practically brainless. Soy is one of those magical foods that can take just about any flavor added to it, so here I debut delicious citrus edamame  The easiest way to go about this is to buy edamame frozen, and as a bonus, it’s a relatively cheap food.

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add edamame and cook 6 minutes

    Zest half of a lemon, this should give you approximately the 1/2 tablespoon you need.

    Drain edamame.

    Add edmame to a bowl, season with lemon juice, zest and salt. Enjoy while hot.
