How to Make Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

     

  2. Put cupcake liners in muffin tins.

    Grate the zucchini.

    Mix the eggs, oil, vanilla extract, and sugar together in a large bowl, and add in the zucchini.

    Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder in another bowl.

    Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

    Stir in the chocolate chips.

    Spoon batter into cupcake liners.

     

  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
