How to Make Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

Potatoes are dope. Unfortunately, a lot of doctors recommend diets that eliminate complex carbohydrates (found in potatoes) to help prevent various diseases and negative health issues. Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

    Cut and clean the cauliflower.

    Fill a large pot with 3 inches of water and boil.

    Steam the cauliflower over the pot in a steamer for roughly 20 minutes or until very soft.

    #SpoonTip: If you don’t have a steamer, you can use a strainer like I did.

    Mash the steamed cauliflower with a potato masher until it looks like the consistency of the photo below.

    Use a blender or food processor to make the cauliflower smooth.

    Add your milk of choice and water to make blending easier.

    After mixture is smooth, blend in garlic, salt, and pepper.

    Add coconut oil or butter if desired.
